Because we ship using UPS no shipments to P.O. Boxes are permitted

DELIVERY TIMES 
Orders are shipped within 24 hours. 


SHIPPING 
Orders are generally shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) ground delivery. UPS will NOT ship to PO Box addresses and they will be returned. (Route/Box addresses in rural areas are acceptable). 
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via air delivery. Add $18.00 additional shipping fee to the standard shipping and handling fees.

YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO PURCHASE A STUN GUN, A STUN DEVICE, KNIFE OR PEPPER SPRAY.
PersonalArms.com, its owner, and any employees will be referred to as the "seller."

The person(s) purchasing the item(s) will be referred to as the "purchaser." 

You, the PURCHASER agree that it is your (the purchaser's) responsibility, not the seller's, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws in regard to the purchase, possession, and use of any item purchased from the seller. Absolutely no sales to minors. 

By placing an order, the purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age and that all purchased item(s) will be used in a lawful manner.

Some orders will be processed directly by the manufacturer/supplier. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Defense Sprays will not be sold to residents of New York, Massachusetts, Michigan or Wisconsin. Residents in these states either need to purchase these items from a licensed Firearm dealer or they will need to purchase special defense spray formulas.

Users of video systems are advised to check with and comply with all Federal, State and Local Laws and statutes concerning video and audio taping. PersonalArms.com will not be held responsible for use of these systems in violation of current laws and statutes.
