The Speed release Gun Lock features an electronic trigger locking system
encased in a high-impact, tamper resistant polymer that covers the trigger
and trigger guard of most handguns, shotguns, and rifles. With a new 9
volt alkaline battery installed, the lock will operate up to twelve
months or approximately 800 cycles. The gun lock has a lighted
touch pad for night use and a fully programmable security code that offers
up to 38,000 possible combinations. You can push one button at a time
or two buttons simultaneously which counts as one button stroke. When
the correct code is entered it allows instant access to the firearm.
The gun lock is equipped with a memory chip, it will not lose your
personal code in the event that you allow long periods of time to pass
without changing the battery or if the battery is disconnected. The lock
stays engaged if the battery is depleted. Just simply place a new 9 volt
alkaline battery in the lock while it is placed on the firearm. Enter
the four digit code and you have access.
